We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products. If you are not completely satisfied you can return or exchange a Buffy’s Bear Friend product up to 30 days after purchase. Cost of shipping a returned item is assumed by purchaser unless the product is deemed defective in which case we will reimburse shipping costs.

Q. What is your Privacy Policy
Information that we obtain is for the sole purpose of processing orders and to inform you of special offers and discounts being offered by Buffy’s Bear Friends and Buffy’s Moonwalk.

Q. Do Buffy’s Bears come stuffed or unstuffed?
We can send them either way. Just Check the appropriate box at checkout. The default setting is un-stuffed so make sure to let us know if you want your Bear stuffed before it is shipped!

Q. Why is stuffing extra?
We are now selling stuffing separately for customer convenience. Those customers that wish to, now have the option of purchasing stuffing for their stuffed animals at the local craft store.

Many people have requested to purchase just animal skins. We are happy to oblige. You can now purchase animal skins and stuffing separately. A general purpose stuffing can be purchased at your local craft store or Walmart. Note that the premium stuffing that we sell is hypoallergenic and is designed to maintain the shape of the stuffed animal for an extended time.

Q. What are my delivery options?
We offer shipping via the USPS or UPS. If you have also ordered a moonwalk from Buffy’s, we can deliver Buffy‘s Bear Friends along with the moonwalk.

Q. How big are the Bears?
All the Bears and Animals are 15 inches tall.

Q. How long before my party should I place my order?
To allow time for restocking out of stock items we recommend ordering at least 10 to 14 days prior to your party.

Q. How are the Bears stuffed and closed
Each Buffy’s Bear and Animal has an opening in the back with a locking zipper and Velcro closure. There is absolutely no sewing involved but the closure is secure and barely visible.

Q. What ages are appropriate for stuffing Buffy’s Bears?
Anyone from 3 to 100. Some of the younger children might need a little help stuffing their Buffy’s Bear Friend.

Q. What is a Buffy’s Bear Stuffing Station?
For larger parties and events we will come set up a Bear Stuffing Station where Buffy’s Bears and outfits can be purchased and stuffed on site. It’s a great idea for Company parties, Church events or Family Reunions. Please contact us for more information.
